We’re thrilled to have you join us for an exciting trekking adventure! To ensure a smooth and organized experience, please carefully follow the instructions below while registering your details in the Trekking Registration Form:

• Name: In the “Name” field of the form, please provide the name of the trek group leader. This individual will be the primary contact for the group and our point of communication.
• Group Reservations: If you wish to reserve multiple Registration for your group, each subgroup must be registered under a separate trek group leader. This helps us maintain clear communication and coordination.
• Trek Group Leader Details: Please ensure that all details provided for the trek group leader match the information on their official ID card, which they will carry during the trek. Accurate details are essential for safety and identification purposes.
• Phone Number: The phone number of the trek group leader is required for effective communication and emergency purposes. Kindly provide a valid and reachable phone number.
• Multiple Entries: For a particular trekking date, multiple entries with the same trek group leader’s name and phone number will be automatically deleted. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all interested trekkers.
• Address: The address provided for the trek group leader should match the details on their ID card. This ensures that we have accurate information for any necessary communication or assistance.
• Trek Registraion Restrictions:  Registrations made in the name of organizations, private firms, homestays, tour operators, or any third parties are not permitted. Such Registrations will be automatically cancelled. We encourage individual trekkers and genuine trekking enthusiasts to join us.
• ID Cards : Uploading your ID Cards (Aadhaar Card / Voting Card / Driving Licence etc) in the Registration Form is mandotory.
